Tray to think positive, I can use this day free to more open blog or web entrepreneur coach and read some success story, that has make me more positively to take this way. I have much dream, previous I just say and pass away all, and now I want try to write every idea and dream in my mind. I really believe with LOA.
I was remember my fist post about I want create my own spa? Related with my interested to know more method investment in property. Base of some books I have a read, there are some way to get a property
1.Buy with full from own cash
2.Buy with DP fist and the rest credit is by own money.
3.Buy with full cash from bank, cause analysis value from bank more high with sell value from the owner, so for DP is done, then can rent that property to pay a credit and make passive income for us
4.Buy with full cash from bank and make more high passive income? I mean, with join with related mitra (trusted bank) to buy the property…..still hard to imagine??
For easy, make in real case. My idea is combine herbal health center with spa therapy, also with tourism home stay
I believe can more easily to get credit permission from the bank. This combine can be best recommended and be example for other. My reason is
1.With minimum effort we can have our property
2.Beside place be an herbal health center, with home stay concept our guest can choice packet of herbal relax spa, or therapy herbal, or other.
3.Other way. Spa in my mind before is traditional herbal treatment just for newborn mom and baby. I believe much value can we get it. With niche customer we can deal to get back up (RS IBU) to recommend our product services. By open in our home stay herbal spa, we can also come to customer place by order. This idea base of my own story when I help to care a baby from my sister. It’s so hard for us to fine treatment for a newborn mom and therapy for baby also.
4.We can minimum cost for furniture by uncommon display product area. My perceptive for this project is start in max 8 – 10 room with exclusive pavilion style or family home style (by share kitchen and public space with other like real home) this concept really work in my place. Back to furniture we can use room for display furniture and display product fully just one room for one client. One room with other can be different, or we can share by pay rent furniture (I really want take 2 room) be more passive income, don’t u?
5.And much opportunity can open in this place……
Back to me. I really sure about this idea. Home stay herbal spa. Is a new concept home stay for, special choose to stay relax by traditional herbal therapy and it be kind of next differentiation product and services.
Its juts idea of me….. I have zero of business knowledge and nothing in view of business, but I proud has create some idea minimum, I was practice to draw my Business Plan
